Domestic Shipping Policy

Jerry Savelle Ministries International (JSMI) office hours are Monday - Thursday  8:00am to 5:00pm Central Standard Time (excludes holidays). Orders are processed during normal office hours. The United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS estimated ship times posted do not include JSMI’s in-house order processing and handling time (up to 4 days).

International Shipping Policy

Shipping costs are based on weight, distance traveled and class of service requested through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Typical shipping times are 7-14 business days for international shipping. This does not include any time your order might be delayed going through customs. JSMI is not responsible for delays in shipment due to customs or other international shipping delays. You (the customer) are responsible for all charges, and possible surcharges, customs and duties assessments, governmental penalties and fines, and taxes, related to your shipment.

Please insure that the items you are purchasing meet all local & national regulation. JSMI can not be held responsible for destroyed, lost, refused or returned packages.

Return Policy

All sales are final no refunds or exchanges. Jerry Savelle Ministries stands behind the quality of their products. If you discover what you believe is a product defect please contact us, we offer a 30-day from date of purchase replacement option. If it is determined that the product is defective then we will promptly replace the defective product.
