God wants you to be made whole in every area of your life: spirit, soul, body, financially.
In John 5:1-9, we read an account of a man who had an infirmity for thirty-eight years. When Jesus approached him, He asked the man if he wanted to be made whole. I believe this tells us that just because someone has a sickness (in any area of life) doesn’t mean they are automatically really ready to be free.
Put another way, Jesus was asking, “Will you live above the beggarly elements of this world? Will you be redeemed? Will you be in health? Will you prosper? Will you be fruitful? Will you be blessed?”
It is your decision! Jesus is saying, “I have already made it available. What I want to know is, will you have it?”
Wholeness hinges on your decision.
God has been standing at the throne saying, “Come boldly and obtain all these gifts that I have for you. Will you be above and not beneath? Will you be the head and not the tail? Will you have abundant life? Will you have your household saved? Will you be what I have said in My Word that you can be? Will you have great success?”
What’s your decision? It depends on you.
Confession: I decide now that I will be made whole in every area of my life. Everything Jesus paid for on the cross to bring me freedom is mine today. I refuse to settle for anything less than God’s best.
